AS-IS Condition:
The battery has been tested and will only run for 45 minutes after a full charge, when battery gets to 30%, it dies. Additionally there is some paint chipping and scuffing to fork blade on drive-side along with chainstay on non-drive side. On the front of the seat the cover is coming unglued. The battery may need to be replaced or serviced by Specialized in order to be fully functional.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us by emailing support@thebicycleguys.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your package.
Once a return request has been created, we'll send return instructions and a shipping label to the email associated with the order within 48 hours. We'll deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final refund. If you are returning an item because of an issue caused by us, we'll cover the cost of the return shipping label.
