Beautiful saddle in good condition for the age. Light oxidation forming to saddle rails and hardware which could be easily cleaned. Leather shows light scuffing to the "tail" and a few other scuffs and scratches. Copper rivets are all intact. Adjustment hardware is in good shape and fully functional. See pictures for details.
I believe this saddle was made in the mid 1970's and features the "Daniel Rebour" leather conditioning treatment popular with Ideale at the time. I believe this is model number 90A but can not verify exactly. Copper rivets and adjustable hardware.
Daniel Rebour was a French illustrator , whose very finely drawn illustrations appeared in bicycle and motorcycle publications from 1945 until his retirement in 1983.
